dmb playing one of my favorites at Hollywood Bowl. I like that they had Stanely Jordan guest on a different song. it was a fun (and eventful) night but i think the Irvine show came out ahead.
my fav band (DMB) debuted a new song at the concert I went to last night. pretty awesome guitar lick on this number.
I have the new DMB album - Away From The World streaming from itunes. just repeating over and over, it’s truly beautiful music. just a great work a complete presentation of music that represents who they are and where they’re at as a band right now.
Also, I’ve decided that the cover of the album is representative of the imagery in the lyrics for “The Riff” the sixth track on the album, which also contains the phrase “away from the world.
